2016 It start with a video.
When I lived in NYC a fashionable neighborhood and came into contact with fashionable people, I realized that it is important to have a heart underneath a beautiful exterior, otherwise If beauty is not beautiful, it is also a solitary beauty; fashion without beauty is just as witness the ancient Chinese saying,“Gold and jade without, rubbish within.”
I want to be a fashionable person who really knows how to live a beautiful life. One day, I occasionally clicked on a video "About how the chicken in the plate came to be", and after watching it, I collapsed on the sofa for more than three hours. It was like waking up a dreamer, those food that used to be good are no longer good ......
I once read a story about the symbols of civilization. An archaeologist gave a lecture and the audience asked, "After excavating the site of a primitive tribe, how can we tell whether the tribe has entered the stage of civilization?" Some people said that they looked at the site to see if there were pots, and some said that they looked at the site to see if there were hooks. Instead, archaeologists answer, "Look at the injured and healed strands." Archaeologists explain that savage tribes followed the jungle rule of "survival of the fittest" and that most of the injured did not survive. If a large number of healed strands are found at the site of a tribe, it means that these primitive people were cared for by their peers after they were injured, sharing fire, water, and food with them until their wounds healed. In the end, the archaeologist said profoundly, "This marks the beginning of the primitive mythology's understanding of "compassion," which is the basic difference between civilization and savagery."
When I watched the video, my inner compassion was touched and my conscience began to awaken. Looking back on my own journey, it had always been about "taking and getting", and my so-called dreams had come true relatively smoothly, but only in the hope that I would have some more nice labels on my own body. But at that moment, I felt that what I had gotten in the past was not necessarily what I deserved, and I asked myself, "You are almost 30 years old, what can you do for society? I used to think that "thirty years" meant no longer relying on mothers and fathers to start a family. Later, I realized that "thirty years old" means in a superficial sense, but rather that at the age of thirty, one should know how to set one's mind and find one's direction. One day while I was walking down the street in New York City, I had a sudden inspiration at the corner to "go back to China and open a vegan restaurant," and that's how my life changed. I didn't know anything about the Chinese vegan environment, so why would I want to go back to China and open a vegetarian restaurant? The idea of opening a vegetarian restaurant became more and more grounded, so I left New York and returned to China to start my next important life journey.
